Dr. Ludgate has been working in the fields of education, instructional design, technology, and online learning for the past 17 years. Holly began at Full Sail University by launching the online Education Media Design and Technology Master’s degree program, harnessing her talents in strategy and vision for the degree, along with curriculum development. Previously, she was the Senior Director for Program Development of the New Media Consortium (NMC), an international not-for-profit focused on sparking innovation and creativity in learning, where she managed the NMC Academy — the organization’s online learning initiative. This opportunity afforded her extensive experience in collaborating globally with various experts to deeply engage in learning, development and instructional design.

Currently, Dr. Ludgate is the Director of Learning for Emerging Technologies and Full Sail Labs – along with being an educational research consultant for Apple Education working with schools across the country crafting, deploying and synthesizing data to support learning technologies.
